Thursday Night Prix Fixe — A Spring Dining Series
This spring, Thursday evenings will feature a Prix Fixe dining series, giving our talented Chef Sara the opportunity to showcase her culinary creativity through themed meals. Each week will highlight a different cuisine, allowing members to enjoy a focused and memorable dining experience.

Diners will experience a plated meal served at their reservation time.
Prices each week will vary ranging from $20 to $26.
The Prix Fixe meal will be the only option for all reservations on Thursday nights.

Cajun Prix Fixe Menu—$23
First Course
Crawfish Hand Pies
Flaky pastry filled with crawfish, peppers, and Cajun spices served with Corn Maque Choux (sweet corn sautéed with peppers, onions, and cream)
Second Course
Roasted Cajun Stuffed Chicken
Chicken breast filled with Cajun-seasoned stuffing, roasted and served over slow-braised Collard Greens
Dessert
Maple Carrot Cake
Warm carrot cake with maple notes, finished with Bourbon Sauce and Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
