  • Wed, June 12 – Basket Night and First Ensign Race

  • Thurs, June 13 – No food all day, but bar open 10 a.m. Thursday Night Dinner 6:30 pm. Lake Superior whitefish, provided by Fishmonger’s Wife of Muskegon. Tickets on sale at bar.

  • Sat, June 15 – Oceana County Water Safety Day 11 am-2 pm @ Pentwater Municipal Marina. See

  • Sat, June 15 – PYC Board meeting 8:30 am at Club.

  • Sun, June 16 – Father’s Day “Bloody’s, Bourbon and BBQ.” 11:30 am – 3 pm. RESERVATIONS ENCOURAGED. Buffet (includes brats, chicken, ribs, steak, baked potato bar, salad, sides). $20 ($10 for children 10-and-under). Only this menu available today. Final round of 2019 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach will be on big TV screen in dining room from 3-7 pm. Club open until 7 pm or end of golf.

  • Mon-Thurs, June 17-20 (rain day Fri 6/21) – Learn how to crew on sailboat by attending 4-day Sailboat Crew Development Class. 10 am-1 pm each day. For PYC members/their guests who are beginners/amateurs, age 12-adult. Taught by PYC’s Ensign/Offshore skippers in classroom, dock, and on water sessions. Cost $15.00. Learn sailboat orientation, sailing theory (jib/main sail), boat safety, crew responsibilities, knot tying and use, sail rigging, use of sheets, blocks and winches. Class limited to 20.   • Mon, June 17 -- Pizza/Salad Monday! 5 pm. Choose from one of Chef Sara’s specialty pizza’s (such as “Pear A Dice,” “Truffle,” “Margarita,” “Vanilla Slice,” “The Fellini,” “PYC Special,” and “Kind of Aebig

  • Deal”), or build your own. Garden or Caesar salad. Inaugural night (June 10) was a hit, so reservations are highly encouraged to assure best service/availability.

  • Tuesday, June 18 – Dinner (Mediterranean dishes featured; reservations encouraged) available beginning 5 pm. At 7:15 pm, presentation by Bill and Judy Stellin, a Grand Rapids couple who spent 8 years sailing the Mediterranean. Come dine before program, or arrive by 7 and grab a drink to enjoy while listening to the Stellin’s.

  • Thurs, June 20 – No food during day, but bar open 10 a.m. Thursday Night Dinner 6:30 p.m. German Dinner. Tix on sale at bar June 13.

  • Fri, June 21 – Backwards Kayak Race (paddle backwards to opposite shore, and return forward to Club … race starts 5 pm). Also ”First-Day-of-Summer Deck Party”. 5 pm. More info to follow.

  • Sat, June 22 – Second new member orientation 3:30-4 p.m. To be followed by 4-5 pm cocktail party OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS (come and welcome those joining Club this year!).

  • Mon, June 24 – Nine, Dine & Wine – 3-7 p.m. Limited to 36 players. Sign up at bar now. Shotgun start at Colonial’s 9-hole Heritage course. $15 pp covers golf & cart, plus $2.50 registration fee for prizes. After golf, come back to Club for cookout on new outdoor grill. Prizes to be awarded.

  • Fri, June 28 – Regular dinner menu available inside from 5 pm. Reservations encouraged. “Margaritaville Deck Party” with music by Jeff Steiner 7-9 pm. Grill be hot from 7-9:30 pm for deck diners. Wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt.

  • Sat, June 29 – “Pentwater Boat Parade of Lights.” Decorate your boat and/or yourself to this year’s theme “Adventures Through Books.” Entries line up 9 p.m. All size power/sail/self-propelled vessels welcome.   • Want to amp up your Monday’s? Compete in or watch Soling races (1 meter model sailboats) beginning 3 pm, enjoy Broken Mast Happy Hour 3-5 pm, then stay for Pizza/Salad Monday (reservation encouraged) 5 pm.

  • Reminder, still no breakfast feature or lunch on Monday’s due to area-wide shortage of line cooks.

  • Mornings at PYC– Club opens 10 am. Complimentary coffee/tea/cookies available until gone (except Thursday). Daily breakfast feature on Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun. Lunch 11 am till 5 pm (except Monday’s

  • and Thursday’s). Sat/Sun Bloody Mary Bar 10 am - noon.

  • Broken Mast Happy Hour 3-5 pm. (2) Bar hours: Mon-Thurs 10 am-10 pm. Fri-Sat 10 am-11 pm. Sun 10 am-7 pm. (3) Kitchen closes: 9 pm on Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat; and 7 pm on Sun.
