Kitchen Manager / Lead Cook

PENTWATER YACHT CLUB SEEKS a Kitchen Manager/Lead Cook for 2018 season. Position responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, all kitchen functions, meal preparation, food purchasing and inventory and the maintenance of quality standards. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Kitchen Manager/Lead Cook will be responsible for the training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost
control. This is a seasonal position [April 15 – October 15] offering a competitive salary and incentive package.
