WindInfo

WindInfo is an educational program that I wrote to show the relationships between true and apparent wind, boat course and boat speed. It is interactive, and dynamic. You can switch between two modes, one which shows the relationships between true and apparent wind, and the other which uses polar diagrams to show the relationships between wind speed and boat speed.

The program is written in Tcl/Tk. It is available as a single executable file, which can be loaded from the directory of your choice. No installation is required, and there are no changes to your registry. The program is about 13 megs in size.
