FOR SALE - 1964 Pearson Ensign Sail boat #1367, very good condition, currently in indoor heated storage, available for inspection at any time. Includes the following:
- Main and Genoa, purchased in '01, first used in '02 - second Main also available. No spinnaker.
- Roller Furling installed in '01.
- Canvas sail cover for the main and for genoa on the roller furling, both in good condition.
- Work done in '08 includes Hull painted Marine Blue, (not shown in picture) and deck refinished, new Rub Rail installed. Bottom power washed and repainted at end of this season. All wood refinished in "07, Plywood repairs made to front surface of the Cutty.
- Two axle trailer
- -'08 Honda, two horse motor with less than 8 hrs running time. Motor was serviced in October,'08 and is in indoor, heated storage.
- Accessories: Hand pump for the Bilge, Two Winch Handles, Anchor, Vests and Storage Duffel, Tool Box, two new fenders, (one is a double), Dock Lines, Whisker Pole, Wind Indicator for the mast, various extra lines and parts,
- Boat handles well, especially to windward. Has been raced for six seasons at the Pentwater Yacht Club and has several Championships to her credit.

Unique Historic Pentwater Prints
As seen at the PYC auction, these high-quality b/w prints offer nearly
the same view don the North pier toward the PYC site. One dates to no
later than 1916, the other is circa 1951 and depicts the Homecoming
Waterski Show. The latter is the enlargement hanging on the south club
wall.
Sized for 16 x 20 frame with image approximately 11 x 18.
These are the perfect Christmas or birthday gift for Pentwater
fanatics. Both for $25, or $15 single. May pick up in Pentwater or have

Pentwater Rental. 1 bedroom 4 blocks to PYC, beach,
tennis courts, etc. Fully furnished updated weekly available to 1-2
non-smokers.
There is color TV, microwave, etc. There is a picnic table on the
patio and a small screen porch for morning coffee. It's small but quite
nice and at $550/7 night week, it's a steal compared to the B & Bs in
town which are strictly a bedroom. In after 1 p.m. on Saturday, out by
10 a.m. the following Saturday.
